5. Opt-Out and Discontinuation: You can discontinue receiving all A2P messages from the Company at any time by texting the word STOP to the SMS number used by the Company to contact you. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your decision to unsubscribe.
6. Data Collection and Privacy: Information collected through A2P messages will be handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy, which provides details on how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
7. Message Frequency: The frequency of messages that you receive from the Company will depend on your engagement and the types of notifications or updates applicable to your interactions with the Company.
8. Access and Delivery: Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of the control of the Company. The Company is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt into receiving A2P messages and must reside in the jurisdiction where such services are permissible by law.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the A2P messaging service after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Terms and Conditions; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions.
